I am not very confident about exhibiting on a web site as making sure that all is for public use can be a tiresome process but I have done my level best.  However, some may  unknowingly be offered. I have found a lot of generosity on the www.

All amalgams and image layers I produce are sourced conscientiously from public domain. Had I any doubt I would write for clarification. Images can be stripped of copyright comments, someone else may take claim of ownership and place them in the public domain. If you hold a legitimate claim to the images on this site, please email me, explaining your proof of ownership and contact information and I will remove the images.

Most Textured backgrounds are forged by myself. All work is done by mouse. Would love to try a tablet. I don't have the resources that graphic artist have so I can only offer limited quality. Bear in mind that what  you see here as an 'old' picture also here never existed but is made up of different layers sourced/created from a variety of images then 'aged' digitally.

 

 

Other graphics are  my own scans from my resource of Victorian postcards.  I also  scan  in old lace; use decals (that need a lot of touching up), old mouldy flyleaves and the like, striving to keep it all Public Domain.  - you name it, if I can get it on my old scanner...... I also use pics of flowers from the Kingdom Hall taken with my camera, any outside textures I can snap and well, anything. Non of the Society's images are used here.

No image has been tested on animals nor been exposed to radiation or asbestos.  On these no spiritistic chants have been invoked and there are no hidden symbols (Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar). There are no secret messages: if you spin a graphic backwards you will only discover a headache.

Allow me to explain why Saffron graphics are copyrighted and have terms and conditions. Please understand when you read the blurb bellow it's not written to prevent you from using this artwork and enjoying it. The reason I copyright is to prevent someone else from copyrighting it and stopping me from using my artwork. It happens all the time. Somebody sees a graphic on the Internet, if it's not already copyrighted, they copyright it and prohibit the original artist from using it. So don't be afraid of the notice below. Please enjoy and download to your hearts content.

I require no credit or link back, DNA sample or any of the outrageous kudos demanded by some :)  (perhaps if my work ever amounts to anything  I may ask for a thank you)

Rather than being anxious about how these images are used, the end user must accept the following before downloading:
